Caller Name Display
Using the caller name display you can present your user name when you dial another person. This is particularly handy when dialing other extensions within your organization.
Setting up Caller Name

Login to your account.

Go to the Switchboard > Select your number

Select Profile > Number Details.

Set your Caller Name > Save.
You should restart or reset your phone after making any changes on this page.
